Information used to handle your order

When you shop or contact us, we process the information needed to manage your cart, fulfill your order and answer your request. This may include your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, optional phone number, selected products and characters, order notes, payment status, transaction references and correspondence. If you report a damaged or incorrect item, we also process the details and photos you provide.

The website and its hosting services may record technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and error logs to operate and protect the service.

Payments, hosting and delivery

Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce with Spaceship EasyWP hosting. Authorized store staff and service providers receive the information needed to operate the store and support orders. Delivery information is shared with the supplier and delivery providers handling your order.

Payments are processed through PayPal. Information required to process or support a payment, such as the total and billing details, is shared with PayPal. PayPal handles information under its Privacy Statement. Do not send us your PayPal password, card security code or login verification code.

Cookies

WooCommerce uses cookies to remember the cart and shopping session. Cart-change cookies normally last for the browser session; the WooCommerce session cookie normally lasts for two days. WordPress and payment services may also use cookies needed for their functions. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking them may prevent the cart or checkout from working.

Keeping information and handling requests

We keep order and support information for fulfillment, resolving questions and disputes, and applicable accounting or legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and its purpose. Service providers may have separate retention requirements. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
